PVC ROAD FORMS

Available in 3 metre lengths, 160mm wide and 135 tall, this profile is designed for a pour of 150mm concrete.

It has pre-drilled holes in vertical and horizontal faces for pins. The profile is made in PVC and has a built in expansion joint. Once the concrete is poured, the K-form is left in situ. so no need to remove and clean it, and adjoining bays can be poured.

Separate wear strip is removed once concrete is set to allow joint sealing. Also available in flexable. Available from stock.

RIGID ROADFORMS

These are a simple form of shuttering, with an accurate square edge, used for concrete slabs or floors.

Roadforms are supplied 3.0 metres long by 51 mm wide and can be supplied in various depths to suit the thickness of the slab.
The roadforms contain centrally drilled holes, 22mm diameter at 300mm centres for dowel bars. Fitted with removable plastic plugs.

FLEXIBLE ROADFORMS

Flexible roadforms are specially developed for radius work.

The roadforms are 3.0 metres long, and manufactured from 4mm steel.

STAKES

Roadform stakes are a smooth bar with a forged end. They are available for use with both square edge and flexible roadforms. Available in 600mm and 1 metre lengths. 3 per rigid roadform, 5 per flexi roadform.

STAKE EXTRACTOR

Used for removing roadforms once concrete has cured.

Reduces damage to stakes when pulling.
